A really central location, a stone's throw away from Times Square (around a minute to Times Square). The room was quite spacious for a couple; bigger than we were expecting for such a central location! The bed was comfy, and the room was cleaned by the housekeeping staff every day. The overall hotel was very neatly presented, but you can expect this of a newly refurbished hotel! Foyer was in a 20's art deco style, which was pleasant; lots of marble and brass light fittings. There are a few nice bars and restaurants on the same street, so you're not far away from somewhere to grab a drink or a bite to eat; being so central, it's only a short walk to a massive selection of places to eat and things to do!

The staff were really friendly and super helpful. The location of the hotel is really handy, and despite being off Time's Square wasn't very noisy. There's a bar next door called the Long Room, which we didn't realise was part of the hotel, but it's really nice too. Room was clean and the toiletries and facilities were very good.

I would have chosen absolutely the same hotel if I had to book again. - very friendly staff - the location was incredible, you are a few blocks away from everything - the room is small, but totally ok for two people, the bed was comfy - the room was being cleaned every day
